A Dangerous Personality to play its
final performance on 29 Jun

Perry Street Theatre Company's presentation of A Dangerous Personality, by Sallie Bingham, has posted early closing notices and will play its final performance on 29 Jun 2008.

The drama opened at the Julia Miles Theater on 11 Jun 2008, following previews from 4 Jun and was originally scheduled to close on 20 Jul 2008.

A Dangerous Personality: She explored Tibet, fought with Garibaldi, rode across India on the back of an elephant, was friends with Thomas Edison – a terror to the establishment, and a nightmare to the British Raj. Russian-born spiritualist and philosopher Helena Blavatsky lived everywhere from London to India to Hell’s Kitchen – and was (and remains) one of the most controversial figures in world religion.

Diirected by Martin Platt, A Dangerous Personality features Nancy Anderson, Lisa Bostnar, Steve Brady, Sheffield Chastain, Graeme Malcolm and Jodie Lynne McClintock (Helena Blavatsky).

Set design by Bill Clarke (set design), Martha Hally (costume), Tom Sturge (lighting) and Lindsay Jones (sound).
