Smith has developed works at HERE Arts Center, Ice Factory Festival, and A.R.T. Now, she makes her Atlantic debut while pairing up with Waters, a director known for taking on unique plays, as with the Broadway mounting of Dana H. along with off-Broadway wonders like The Thin Place, Big Love, and more. An Obie Award winner, Waters was the Artistic Director of the Actors Theatre of Louisville.
