'A Doll's House' to offer Broadway rush tickets on TodayTix

Academy Award winner Jessica Chastain stars in the reimagined revival of Henrik Ibsen's classic play, which begins performances on February 13 at the Hudson Theatre.

Get the best seats in the house! A Doll's House on Broadway will offer rush tickets for its run at the Hudson Theatre, beginning with its first performance on February 13. The limited engagement is set to run through June 10.

Rush tickets are $35 and can be purchased via the TodayTix app, which is available on iOS or Android. On the A Doll's House page, users can "unlock" the rush program by posting about it on social media.

Beginning at 9 a.m. each performance day, users can purchase up to two tickets for that day's performance on a first-come, first-served basis. Users can set an alert to be notified when the rush opens each day, as ticket availability is limited.

Henrik Ibsen's groundbreaking play centers on Nora Helmer, a 19th-century housewife who seeks to break out of her stifling marriage. Ibsen defied gender norms with the play in his time, and now, playwright Amy Herzog (Pulitzer Prize finalist for 4000 Miles) and director Jamie Lloyd (Cyrano de Bergerac) reinvent the story for a new generation.

Academy Award winner Jessica Chastain returns to Broadway for the first time in 10 years as Nora Helmer. The cast also includes Arian Moayed as Torvald Helmer, Jesmille Darbouze as Kristine Linde, Tasha Lawrence as Anne-Marie, Michael Patrick Thornton as Dr. Rank, and Okieriete Onaodowan as Nils Krogstad.
