Pascal is best known for starring in the original Off-Broadway and Broadway casts of Rent as Roger, reprising the role numerous times in his career. His other Broadway credits include Chicago, Cabaret, Aida, Something Rotten!, and Pretty Woman: The Musical.

In Drag: The Musical, Pascal will replace New Kids on the Block's Joey McIntyre in the role of "straight man" Tom Hutchinson. McIntyre will play his final performance on December 9.

Continuing cast members include Alaska Thunderfuck as Kitty Galloway (through January 11, 2025), Nick Adams as Alexis Gillmore, Eddie Korbich as Drunk Jerry, J. Co-created by Thunderfuck, Tomas Costanza, and Ashley Gordon, Drag: The Musical follows Kitty Galloway and Alexis Gillmore, two drag queens who operate rival nightclubs on opposite sides of the street after a bitter split. But when both clubs find themselves on the verge of collapse, they must fight to survive.

New York Theatre Guide's Drag: The Musical review describes the show as “a riotously fun show you’ll want to keep coming back to.”
