'Elf The Musical' completes Broadway cast

Find out who is joining the previously announced Tony Award nominee Grey Henson and Oscar nominee Sean Astin in the limited-run Christmas show in New York.

Elf The Musical has named the complete cast for its limited holiday run on Broadway, with performances running from November 9 to January 4 only at the Marquis Theatre.

As previously announced, Tony Award nominee Grey Henson will play Buddy the Elf, and Oscar nominee and SAG Award winner Sean Astin will make his Broadway debut as Santa. The principal cast also includes Kayla Davion as Jovie, Tony nominee Michael Hayden as Walter Hobbs, Ashley Brown as Emily Hobbs, Kai Edgar as Michael, Jennifer Sanchez as Deb, Kalen Allen as the Store Manager, and Michael Deaner as Little Boy.

The ensemble includes Bronwyn Tarboton, Sydni Moon, Rodney Thompson, Clifton Samuels, Michael Milkanin, David Paul Kidder, J Savage, Corinne Broadbent, Halli Tolland, Cameron Anika Hill, Peli Naomi Woods, and Demarius Copes. Lizz Picini, Austin Schulte, Asten Stewart, and Maria Briggs are swings.

Adapted from the 2003 Christmas movie starring Will Ferrell, Elf The Musical follows Buddy the Elf on a journey from the North Pole to New York City, where he hopes to find his family.

Elf on Broadway features music by Matthew Sklar, lyrics by Chad Beguelin, and a script by Thomas Meehan and Bob Martin. Philip Wm. McKinley directs.
