Lincoln Center Theater will present the world premiere of Five Models in Ruins, 1981, a new play by Caitlin Saylor Stephens, off Broadway this spring. Performances run at the Claire Tow Theater from April 19 to June 1, with opening night on May 5.

Five Models in Ruins, 1981 follows a visionary fashion photographer named Roberta, whose dream gig — shooting a Vogue cover — might ruin her. The location — a crumbling European estate, shortly after Princess Diana's wedding — is a nightmare, and so are the models and glam team. Roberta has to figure out how to nonetheless capture a moment of beauty.

The complete cast of Five Models in Ruins, 1981 includes Elizabeth Marvel as Roberta, Stella Everett, Maia Novi, Britne Oldford, Sarah Marie Rodriguez, and Madeline Wise.

The creative team includes director Morgan Green, set designer Afsoon Pajoufar, costume designer Vasilija Zivanic, lighting designer Cha See, and sound designer Kathy Ruvuna.

Five Models in Ruins, 1981 is part of Lincoln Center Theater's LCT3 program, which presents new works by emerging writers.
