'Glass. Kill. What If If Only. Imp. ' sets Off-Broadway cast
The Public Theater's presentation of four short plays by Caryl Churchill will run with a 12-person cast, directed by James Macdonald, from April 3 to May 4.
The Public Theater has named complete casting for its spring production of Glass. Kill. What If If Only. Imp. off Broadway, running from April 3 to May 4 only. Opening night is April 16.
The complete Glass. Kill. What If If Only. Imp. cast includes Japhet Balaban, Ruby Blaut, Tony Award nominee John Ellison Conlee, Adelind Horan, Maddox Morfit-Tighe, Tony winner Deirdre O'Connell, Cecilia Ann Popp, Sathya Sridharan, Junru Wang, and Ayana Workman. Kyle Cameron and Anya Whelan-Smith are understudies.
Additionally, the show features direction by James Macdonald, scenic design by Miriam Buether, costume design by Enver Chakartash, lighting design by Isabella Byrd, sound design by Bray Poor, stunt coordination by Michael Rossmy, and dialect coaching by Amanda Quaid.
Glass. Kill. What If If Only. Imp. is a collection of four plays by the Obie and Lucille Lortel Award-winning experimental playwright Churchill. The four plays respectively center on a girl made of glass, gods and murders, a pack of ghosts, and a secret in a bottle. Collectively, the plays capture a wide range of Churchill's groundbreaking storytelling techniques and themes.
