Call it a funny valentine! The new play All In: Comedy About Love by Simon Rich, running from December 11 to February 16 at the Hudson Theatre, promises to be that kind of theatrical sampler. It’s also the sort whose rotating cast is stacked with stars who are Tony Award, Emmy Award, and Pulitzer Prize winners. Who wouldn't love that?
Authored by Emmy-nominated Saturday Night Live writer Simon Rich, who adapted the show from his collection of short stories, All In features bite-sized vignettes about sex, marriage, dating, and romance-gone-wrong. And there’s music. Stephin Merritt of The Magnetic Fields wrote the songs, and the married duo The Bengsons performs them in their Broadway debut.

John Mulaney
A celebrated, sharp-witted comedian, John Mulaney launched his career as a writer on Saturday Night Live, where he co-created the iconic character Stefon. In 2016, Mulaney made his Broadway debut in Oh, Hello with Nick Kroll.
He’s best known, however, for his stand-up specials, including Kid Gorgeous and Baby J, which both won Emmy Awards for writing. Plus, listen up for his voice acting in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and Big Mouth.

Fred Armisen
Known as a Saturday Night Live cast member from 2002 to 2013, Fred Armisen makes his Broadway debut in All In. Besides co-creating and starring in Portlandia, Documentary Now!, and Moonbase 8, he’s popped up as a guest star on 30 Rock, Parks and Recreation, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and more sitcoms over the years. For a decade beginning in 2014, he led The Late Night with Seth Meyers house band.

Renée Elise Goldsberry
Work! Renée Elise Goldsberry is widely recognized for originating the role of Angelica Schuyler in Hamilton, earning Tony and Grammy Awards. Her other notable stage credits include Mimi in Rent, Silvia in The Two Gentlemen of Verona, and Nettie in the first Broadway run of The Color Purple. Goldsberry’s screen credits include Girls5eva, One Life to Live, and The Good Wife.

Richard Kind
A Tony nominee in 2013 for his supporting role in The Big Knife, Richard Kind’s Broadway career stretches from his 2000 debut in the play The Tale of the Allergist’s Wife to his most recent role in the 2019 revival of the musical Kiss Me, Kate. On television, Kind showed off his comedic timing in Spin City, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Mad About You, and Only Murders in the Building. He’s also voiced characters in A Bug’s Life and Inside Out.

Chloe Fineman
Since 2019, Chloe Fineman has done standout work on Saturday Night Live, becoming famous for her celebrity impressions. In addition to voicing characters in Big Mouth, Despicable Me 4, and The Simpsons, Fineman has appeared in the films White Noise and Babylon.

Lin-Manuel Miranda
Famous for creating and starring in the groundbreaking musical Hamilton, which won a Pulitzer, a Grammy, and 11 Tonys including Best Musical, Lin-Manuel Miranda has firmly notched his place in theatre history. He also won a Tony and Grammy for writing the songs for his earlier musical, In the Heights. In 2021, Miranda won a Special Tony Award as a co-founder of the hip-hop comedy troupe Freestyle Love Supreme.
Miranda appeared on screen in Mary Poppins Returns; wrote songs for Disney’s Encanto, Moana, and Vivo, and directed the Oscar-nominated movie musical tick, tick... BOOM!

Aidy Bryant
An Emmy-nominated comedian and actress who cracked up audiences as a Saturday Night Live cast member from 2012-22, Aidy Bryant makes her Broadway debut in All In. She also co-produced, co-wrote, and starred in the Hulu series Shrill.

Andrew Rannells
A Tony nominee for The Book of Mormon and Falsettos, Andrew Rannells reliably makes a big impression on stage. He’s also known for Gutenberg! The Musical!, The Boys in the Band, Hamilton, and Hedwig and the Angry Inch.
Rannells’s notable TV credits include Girls, The New Normal, Black Monday, and voice acting in Big Mouth. He also played a key role in the movie version of the Broadway show The Prom.

Nick Kroll
Kroll returns to Broadway after performing alongside Mulaney in Oh, Hello. The comedian is also known as a creator and star of series including the Kroll Show, Big Mouth, Human Resources, and History of the World, Part II.

Jimmy Fallon
A newcomer to the Broadway stage, Jimmy Fallon is no stranger to late-night television. He has hosted The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon since 2014, a coveted role he took on after hosting Late Night with Jimmy Fallon from 2009-2014. Previously, Fallon was a cast member of Saturday Night Live from 1998-2004. He’s also appeared in the movies Taxi and Fever Pitch.

David Cross
A comedian, actor, and writer, David Cross is known for acting up as Tobias Fünke on Arrested Development and co-creating Mr. Show with Bob and David. Cross has appeared in films like Alvin and the Chipmunks and Scary Movie 2, and he voiced characters in Family Guy. He makes his Broadway debut in All In.

Tim Meadows
A familiar face thanks to his long run on Saturday Night Live from 1991-2000, Tim Meadows is also well-known for playing a school principal in the movie Mean Girls. He reprising the role in Mean Girls 2 and the 2024 stage-to-screen adaptation of the Mean Girls Broadway musical. He makes his Broadway debut in All In.

Annaleigh Ashford
A Tony Award winner for You Can’t Take It with You and a nominee for Sweeney Todd and Kinky Boots, Annaleigh Ashford’s other notable stage credits include Sunday in the Park with George and Wicked. She’s also in her comfort zone on screen, where she showed off her flair for comedy and drama in Masters of Sex, Impeachment: American Crime Story, and B Positive.

Hank Azaria
An Emmy-winning actor known for voicing numerous characters on The Simpsons, Hank Azaria had key roles in the TV series Mad About You and Ray Donovan. On Broadway, Azaria received a Tony nod for his role in Spamalot and appeared in the drama The Farnsworth Invention. His film credits include Godzilla, Along Came Polly, and The Birdcage.
