Welcome to the Russian countryside! Here's your first look at Uncle Vanya on Broadway, with Steve Carell making his Broadway debut in the title role. The starry cast, directed by Lila Neugebauer, also includes Anika Noni Rose (Caroline, or Change), Alfred Molina (Spider-Man 2), William Jackson Harper (The Good Place), Jayne Houdyshell (The Humans), Mia Katigbak (How to Get Away with Murder), and Allison Pill (The Newsroom).

The classic drama by Anton Chekhov, newly translated by Tony Award nominee Heidi Schreck, follows Vanya and his niece Sonia (Pill), whose lives turn upside down with the arrival of Sonia's father, his young wife, and more to their quiet family farm. Secrets, desires, and tensions boil over.
