Get Elf The Musical tickets and see every-Buddy’s favorite holiday film come to life on stage. Tony Award nominee Grey Henson (Mean Girls) stars as Buddy, an elf who travels a far way from the North Pole to the Big Apple to find family, love, and a winter wonderland of adventure. Joining Henson is The Lord of the Rings star Sean Astin, who plays Santa. Hailed by Time Out as “a slickly irresistible and fizzily enjoyable confection of a show” that will “whirl you up in a technicolor dream of Christmas,” Elf is sure to please audiences of all ages, whether you grew up with the Will Ferrell comedy or are encountering the story for the first time. Elf tickets are available on New York Theatre Guide now.
Playing for a strictly limited engagement from November to January, Elf on Broadway is “a smashing night out — this show sleighs,” per WhatsOnStage. Follow Buddy, raised as an elf in the North Pole, as he travels to New York City. After crawling into one of Santa’s bags one Christmas Eve, he was raised as and amongst elves, but he is due for a wake up call when he takes his first solo adventure and travels to a far away land. In New York, Buddy looks for his real father, only to learn that his dad is not as friendly as the characters at the North Pole. As December 25 approaches, Buddy needs to reconnect with his dad, get to know the family he never knew, and perhaps save Christmas — and fall in love — all before Santa’s sleigh touches down.
Elf will put audiences in the festive mood and will remind them of the film's famous motto: "The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear." Get tickets to Elf on New York Theatre Guide now.
