Producers of the upcoming Broadway comedy Living On Love have announced additional casting for the production.

Joining previously announced 4-time Grammy Award winner Renée Fleming, who will be making her Broadway debut in the role of Raquel De Angelis, will be Tony nominee Douglas Sills (Vito De Angelis), Emmy nominee Anna Chlumsky (Iris Peabody), Blake Hammond (Bruce), and Scott Robertson (Eric). Casting for the role of Robert Samson will be announced at a later date.

The creative team for Living On Love has also been announced and will feature scenic design by Derek McLane, costumes by Michael Krass, lighting by Peter Kaczorowski, and sound design by Scott Lehrer. Rob Fisher will act as Music Consultant.

Living on Love is a new comedy by Joe DiPietro, based on the play Peccadillo by Garson Kanin, and is directed by Kathleen Marshall. Previews begin at Broadway's Longacre Theatre on 1 April, with an official opening set for 20 April 2015, and a limited run booking through to 2 August 2015.

The production was first produced and presented in July 2014 in Williamstown Massachusetts by the Williamstown Theatre Festival.

Synopsis: "Fleming stars as celebrated opera diva Raquel De Angelis. When Vito, her larger-than-life maestro husband, becomes enamoured with the lovely young lady hired to ghost-write his largely fictional autobiography, Raquel retaliates by hiring her own handsome, young scribe to chronicle her life as an opera star. Sparks fly, silverware is thrown, and romance blossoms in the most unexpected ways."

Living on Love is produced by Scott Landis, Philip Morgaman, Ryan Chang, TNT Dynamite Productions, Just For Laughs Theatricals, Glass Half Full Productions, Stephanie P. McClelland and John Yonover.

Renée Fleming is known as one of America's most acclaimed singers. In 2013, the President awarded her America's highest honour for an individual artist, the National Medal of Arts. In February she became the first classical singer ever to perform "The Star-Spangled Banner" at the Super Bowl. Winner of the 2013 Best Classical Vocal Grammy Award, she has sung at momentous occasions around the world- from the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony to the Diamond Jubilee Concert for Queen Elizabeth II at Buckingham Palace.

Off-Broadway he appeared in 'Moonlight and Magnolias' at New York City Center. Film credits include 'Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo,' and 'Funny About Love.'

Anna Chlumsky can currently be seen starring alongside James Earl Jones in 'You Can't Take It With You' at the Longacre Theatre. She rose to fame as a child star in 1991 alongside Macaulay Culkin in 'My Girl.' Nowadays she is perhaps best known for her TV role as Amy Brookheimer on 'Veep,' as well as the 2009 film 'In The Loop.' Her off-Broadwau credits include 'So Help Me God!' at Lucille Lortel Theatre and 'Unconditional' at Public Theater.

Blake Hammond's Broadway credits include 'First Date,' 'Sister Act,' 'Elf,' 'Hairspray,' 'The Music Man,' 'Kiss Me Kate,' and 'On the Town.'
