Fri 20 Aug 2004 'Richard III' announces full cast.   The Public Theater have announced the full cast for their production of Richard III which will open at the Public Theater on 24 Oct 2004, following previews from 21 Sep 2004. This is a limited engagement through to 24 Oct Cast: Peter Dinklage (Richard III), Harry Barandes, Ty Burrell, Jojo Gonzalez, Mercedes Herrero, Ron Cephas Jones, Matthew Maher, Roberta Maxwell, Shane McRae, David Don Miller, Tom Nelis, Connor Paolo, Kali Rocha, Gareth Saxe, Thomas Schall, Isa Thomas, Stephen Barker Turner, Peter Vack, James Yaegashi Directed by Peter Dubois, the design team includes set by Riccardo Hern�ndez, costumes by Marina Draghici, and lighting by Scott Zielinski. Peter Dinklage (Richard III) is best known for his recent role as Fin in the critically acclaimed film 'The Station Agent'. Dinklage has appeared Off-Broadway in such plays as 'I Wanna Be Adored', 'Imperfect Love', and 'Evolution', as well as working with Mabou Mine�s Lee Breuer in a production of 'A Doll�s House' at New York Theater Workshop. PETER DUBOIS (Director) most recently directed Ntare Guma Mbaho Mwine�s BIRO, as part of The Public�s 2003-2004 season. Peter, who joined The Public as Associate Producer in October 2003, was previously the Artistic Director of Perseverance Theatre in Juneau, Alaska. A brilliant warrior and loyal brother, Richard III is also twisted by his own ambitions and will stop at nothing�including murder�to gain the throne of England.
