After over 30 years and 17,000 performances in New York, Blue Man Group will close at the Astor Place Theatre off Broadway on February 2, 2025.

Blue Man Group is a unique, wordless, family-friendly performance that blends music, art, and theatricality. The show centers on three "blue men" learning how to navigate Earth and finding creativity in the process. They play PVC pipes as instruments, create splatter art, involve the audience in the proceedings, and more.

Blue Man Group began as NYC street theatre performed by three friends — creators Chris Wink, Matt Goldman, and Phil Stanton — and has since grown into a global phenomenon. Productions of Blue Man Group will continue to run in Berlin, Boston, Las Vegas, and Orlando.
