‘Company’ moves up Broadway opening dates, performances to now begin in November

The majority of the cast have also been confirmed.

The Broadway revival of Company will now reopen at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre earlier than first announced. Performances will now resume from November 15, ahead of an opening night on December 9. Company tickets are on sale now.

Director Marianne Elliott said of Company's earlier reopening: "We always wanted to bring Company back as soon as possible and when the opportunity was presented to start performances a month earlier, we knew we had to jump on it. This production has always been about bringing people together to share in laughter, joy, and friendship and I'm beyond thrilled that we are able to reunite almost all of our remarkable cast to make this happen."

The majority of the Company Broadway cast has also been confirmed, with casting for the role of Theo to be announced. The company includes Katrina Lenk as Bobbie and Patti LuPone as Joanne, alongside returning Broadway cast members Matt Doyle as Jamie, Christopher Fitzgerald as David, Christopher Sieber as Harry, Jennifer Simard as Sarah, Terence Archie as Larry, Etai Benson as Paul, Nikki Renée Daniels as Jenny, Claybourne Elder as Andy, Greg Hildreth as Peter, Rashidra Scott as Susan, and Bobby Conte Thornton as P.J. Kathryn Allison, Britney Coleman, Javier Ignacio, Anisha Nagarajan, Tally Sessions, and Matt Wall will also star.

Originally premiering on Broadway in 1970, Company follows Bobby, now renamed Bobbie, on her 35th birthday. Everyone around Bobbie is in a relationship, leaving her to question a life of singledom. The Stephen Sondheim musical features songs including "You Could Drive a Person Crazy" and "Being Alive."

Company is now at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre from November 15.
