Lillias White

Lillias White is best known for her Tony-winning performance in The Life, Tony-nominated performance in Fela!, and Obie Award-winning performance in Romance in Hard Times off Broadway. She also voiced the muse Calliope in the Disney animated movie Hercules.
She took over the role of Hermes in Hadestown on Broadway from September 2022 to March 2024, making history as the first female performer to do so following the departure of Tony Award-winning original cast member André De Shields. She rejoined the cast in October 2024.
