Nicholas Christopher stars as Jelly Roll Morton in the Encores! production of Jelly’s Last Jam at New York City Center from February 21 to March 3. He is also the standby for the title role in Sweeney Todd on Broadway.
Best known for his stage work, Christopher has also performed on Broadway in Hamilton and Miss Saigon after making his debut with Motown The Musical. Earlier, he made his professional acting debut in In the Heights in Puerto Rico, performing alongside Lin-Manuel Miranda.
