Acknowledging the upcoming one year anniversary since Broadway theatres were forced to close, Nick Jonas paid tribute to the performing arts industry while hosting Saturday Night Live.

The chart-topping singer made his SNL hosting debut on 27 February, making a nod to his Les Miserables days with a parodized version of "Drink With Me." He was joined by the SNL cast, including Kenan Thompson and Kate McKinnon.

Before success as one-third of pop band, The Jonas Brothers, Nick Jonas made his theater debut at an early age, playing Gavroche in Les Miserables and Chip in Beauty and the Beast. As an adult, he's played J. Pierrepont Finch in How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying and Marius in a London anniversary concert of Les Miserables.

As previously announced, Jonas is expected to play Frankie Valli in a new filmed production of Jersey Boys, with dates to be confirmed.
