Hannah Gadsby

Hannah Gadsby stars in Woof! off Broadway, their latest comedy show at the Abrons Arts Center from September 27 to October 20, 2024.

Gadsby is best known for their comedy show Nanette, which premiered in Australia in 2017 and later came off Broadway in 2018. A performance of the special, filmed at the Sydney Opera House and released on Netflix, won a Peabody Award and and Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing for a Variety Special.

Gadsby has also performed two other shows in New York: Douglas in 2019 and Body of Work in 2022. Aside from their comedy specials, they are also known for playing Celia in season 4 of the Netflix show Sex Education.
